We deliver in the Netherlands and Belgium.



How long does it take for an order to arrive?

We hand over the order within 1-2 business days to DHL or PostNL. Between 1 - 3 business days DHL or PostNL delivers to the address specified in the invoice, depending on the workload.

How much does shipping cost?

Libra Fashion uses a fixed rate for shipping.

Returns

Until when can I return items?

Of course it can happen that an item is not to your liking or fits well. You have the possibility to exchange and/or return one or more items within 14 days. The term starts on the day of receipt.

Which items can be returned?

All items except jewelry, for hygiene reasons.

- The order must be returned in the original packaging.

- The item must not be worn, washed, altered or damaged.

- Be careful with make-up stains: an item with make-up stains will not be returned.

- No washing guarantee is given. Problems that arise after washing are at your own risk.

- Sale items can be returned, but there is no money back guarantee. You will receive a credit note.

What are the rates for returns?

Returns are at your own expense. On average this costs €6.75

Take the package to a post office of your choice. Here you will receive a proof of shipment. Keep this safe until the return has been fully processed. This is your proof that the package has actually been sent.

Your return will be processed and refunded within 5 days after we have received it in good order. It can take 5-10 days for the money to be back on your account. Processing at Klarna can take a little longer.
