  • Why has the price of an item suddenly increased?

    Due to the worldwide price increases on raw materials and transports, we are unfortunately forced to increase the prices of some items. It may therefore happen that already existing items come back into stock for a different price.

  • What is your return policy?

    Of course it can happen that an item is not to your liking or fits well. You have the possibility to exchange and/or return one or more items within 14 days. The term starts on the day of receipt.

  • When will I get my money back for a return?

    Your return will be processed by us within 5 days. It can take 5 - 10 days before the money is back on your account. With Klarna it can take a bit longer, this problem lies with Klarna.
